CMVC are delighted to announce their forthcoming concert - STAGE AND SCREEN.

This Charity Concert is in celebration of their 75th Anniversary and it would be great to see the Cathedral full.

CMVC have invited local charities to come and publicise the work their charity does. There will be buckets at the end of the concert if you would like to donate toward these worthwhile causes. You will be invited to visit the 'stalls' on arrival and during the interval.

Alongside CMVC singers will be Braintree Voices. This is the newest choir in Braintree and they meet on a Friday morning at Braintree Institute - all ladies are welcome. Although only formed in September 2024, they have already performed on stage with Andrew Bourn and his Born to Swing Show, joined members of CMVC at Christmas when they sang at Stow Maries, have entertained guests at Chelmsford Race Course and will be collaborating with Aled Jones when he comes to perform at The Institute, Braintree in June.

There are also special invited guests joining the two choirs, but you will have to buy a ticket to find out who these are!

Tickets for the Charity Concert are £15.00 but only £7.50 for under 16s.
